Gu Jingci: March 21 Bitcoin/Ethereum Operation Strategy with Market Analysis

The short positions repeatedly suggested during the previous high-level decline process of Bitcoin/Ethereum have perfectly aligned with expectations, dropping to around 68,800 and 2,100 respectively. Since the decline, and as repeatedly mentioned yesterday, the current market shows oscillation characteristics. High selling and low buying strategies to capture multiple wave segments are clearly visible. Overall, Ethereum has at least 300-400 points of room. Currently on the 4-hour chart K-line formation, the market is showing narrow-range oscillation within a range, with small K-line bodies indicating that the market is in a consolidation state, with relatively balanced power between bulls and bears, lacking a clear directional bias.

The daily chart shows a wave of volume-driven decline from the high point. Recent K-line bodies have become smaller, and the decline momentum has weakened somewhat, but the overall trend remains downward. On technical indicators, the MACD DIF and DEA lines on the 4-hour chart are both operating below the zero axis, with the DIF line positioned below the DEA line. However, the absolute value of the MACD histogram negative values is converging, indicating that bearish momentum is weakening, which may signal a slowdown in the downtrend or potential rebound in the short term. This consolidation also means a new trend is about to form. Over the next two weekends, pay attention to the weekly-level closing. If weakness continues, there is further downside room for the market.

Operation Suggestions: Bitcoin short around 71,000-71,500, targeting 68,500-69,500; Ethereum short around 2,160-2,180, targeting 2,050-2,100. If broken, continue watching 67,000 and 1,980.
