defi really needs to tighten up its security fr.
first it was Drift protocol getting hit and a big chunk of tvl gone,
then hyperbridge got attacked too.
now KelpDAO allegedly got exploited for over $290M.
at this point, it’s starting to look like a pattern. and ngl, it’s not a good look for the space.
people are slowly going to lose confidence and start drifting back to kyc platforms where they feel their funds are safer.
trust is literally everything in defi.
once that’s gone, adoption slows down no matter how good the tech is.

These same politicians aren’t leaving power, they’re just repositioning, year after year.
No former governor should be allowed to return as a senator representing a fraction of the same state they once governed in full.
Think about it,
someone who governed an entire state now comes back to represent just one part of it?
Does that really make sense?
It’s clear they’re not stepping away from power,
they’re simply rotating within themselves.

someday, the same politicians who failed us will be remembered as heroes.
history will be rewritten in a way that makes them look like saviors,
and our children, those alive today and those yet to be born will grow up believing that version of the story.
They will see roads, schools named after these leaders, along with government projects, and they’ll assume those people must have done something truly great for Nigeria.
they will believe these were the leaders who changed everything for the better.

i’ve been skeptical about aping into these alpha tokens, whether spot or futures.
they just lack direction, whales move them whenever they want and dump on everyone else.
Maybe $siren and $pippin are starting to wake up for another leg up.
honestly, I don’t like this phase of the market,
but does the market care? not at all.
either you adapt or you get left behind.

there seems to be something going on in Nigeria that isn’t clear to the citizens.
it’s hard to understand how terrorists who have destroyed entire communities appear to have more freedom than well-behaved citizens.
I even doubt that the president have the gut to give our soldiers direct orders to eliminate them.
It feels like there’s something we don’t know and maybe never will.
