Doing nothing in trading is actually a position.
Many times I could have made more profit by doing nothing.
But doing nothing is easier said than done.
Hope yall find the strength to do nothing when the situation demands it.

Lost a few trades today, they didn’t ruin my mood. I was already planning my next trades before sl hit. That’s how I know my risk is right.
Could I have avoided the losses? Yes, with a bit more patience I could, so there’s room for improvement- something to work on.
And when the time came to actually take the trade I executed without hesitation, without thinking about prior losses. Some may think it’s over trading but if the edge is present and I don’t take it…what you call that? I been there before and usually the feeling you have is regret.
I don’t like feeling regretful.

Bears won today. Too late for shorts now. Waiting for next long opportunity.
Monitoring sol —I think we will retest $147.
Also keeping an eye on bitcoin cash.
Whales offloaded a bit around bitcoin yearly resistance zone so anything possible. I do expect a bear market as stated many times but anticipate a retest near 100k area first—but from $93500 and up is danger zone ⚠️

and make more on winning streaks.
A 7-trade losing streak feels awful —
but 2–3 good trades can erase it.
1 × 3R = covers 2 losses
2 × solid setups = covers 4+ losses
