U.S. stocks open lower, Dow Jones down 0.14%, Google's parent company plans to issue bonds to raise $15 billion

Mars Finance reports that according to Gate Market Data, the US stock market opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.14%, the S&P 500 down 0.24%, and the Nasdaq Composite down 0.34%. Google’s parent company Alphabet plans to raise approximately $15 billion through dollar bond issuance, with its stock price falling 0.58%. Novo Nordisk rose 4.4%, while Hims & Hers dropped 22.6% after Novo Nordisk sued the latter over the Wegovy generic weight-loss drug.
