Block proposals will become more frequent, and throughput per second will rise accordingly. This means a series of parameters such as GasLimit, receiveRateLimitPerSecond, and validator rotation need to be adjusted accordingly. Is it okay not to adjust them? Absolutely not.
More importantly, hardware and network aspects must be prioritized. More than ever before. This is not optional, but a necessity.
