So, it is estimated that the total amount of money (M1-M5) is around $1,200 trillion or $1.2 quadrillion.
Right now, Bitcoin is worth $190B.
If Bitcoin becomes the global currency the way it's supposed to and replace all money, then 1 Bitcoin
would need to grow 1,200/0.19 = 11,000x, which
would equate a value for 1 Bitcoin to around $68,5
million. That's like the upper ceiling.
So, everyone saying Bitcoin could reach $1M, that's still a very lowball estimate for what it could actually be worth.
With all that being said, Bitcoin probably won't be the one to become the No.1 cryptocurrency, because there's still a lot ahead for it to overcome, and there are candidates that have all the things that Bitcoin doesn't have and none of the flaws that Bitcoin has.
