According to the StormX (STMX) team, the existing StormX (STMX) tokens should be swapped for the new STMX tokens at the ratio of 1:1. Gate will support the token swap for users. If your STMX tokens are currently on Gate, you don’t need to do anything in particular.
Below are more details:
- On Nov 18, 2022 at 04:00 AM UTC, Gate will halt new STMX margin borrowing.
- On Nov 23, 2022 at 04:00 AM UTC, Gate will suspend the STMX deposits and withdrawals.
- During the token swap, the STMX spot trading, margin trading and perpetual trading will not be affected.
- When Gate completes token swap, we will resume deposits and withdrawals for new STMX tokens.
- Any old STMX transferred to Gate after the swap will be withdrawable-only.
