Mars Finance reports that the crypto payment company Alchemy Pay has announced that it has partnered with HTF Securities Limited, a licensed institution by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, to upgrade its Type 4 (advising on securities) license to VA. This development builds on Alchemy Pay’s previous strategic investment in HTF Securities, and the two parties will also collaborate to advance the application for upgrades of virtual asset licenses in Types 1 and 9.
