South Korea's Constitutional Court began hearing the impeachment case against President Park Geun-hye today.

On December 27, Jinshi Data News, today (December 27), the South Korean Constitutional Court will officially open the trial of President Yin Xiyue's impeachment case. The first step will be the "preparatory court" stage (also known as the "pre-trial meeting"). During this period, the Constitutional Court will hold one or several sessions, focusing on summarizing the positions, claims, evidence, and points of contention of both the prosecution and defense, namely the South Korean National Assembly and Yin Xiyue. Subsequently, the Constitutional Court will proceed to stage the courtroom debate between both parties until the final verdict is announced. The wave of South Korea's "state of emergency" has lasted for nearly a month, and the negative impact on the South Korean economy and financial markets is still spreading, causing multiple headwinds for the South Korean economy.
