Former French President Sarkozy has been sentenced to 3 years in prison for corruption.

During this period, he will not be serving his sentence in prison, but will be wearing an electronic bracelet. Sarkozy served as the President of France from 2007 to 2012. In recent years, he has been involved in multiple lawsuits. On February 14th of this year, Sarkozy, the former President of France, was found guilty of illegally using campaign funds during the 2012 election and was sentenced to one year in prison.
