The probability of a 25BP rate cut by the Fed in November is 97.5%

Golden Finance reported that, according to CME’s “FedWatch”, the probability of the Fed lowering 25 basis points by November is 97.5%, and the probability of maintaining the current interest rate unchanged is 2.5%. The probability of maintaining the current interest rate unchanged by December is 0.5%, the cumulative probability of a 25 basis point rate cut is 21.6%, and the cumulative probability of a 50 basis point rate cut is 77.9%.
