Bank of America: Predicted time for the Fed to end balance sheet reduction delayed to the end of March 2025

According to Jinse Finance, Bank of America strategists Mark Cabana and Katie Craig said in a report that the bank now expects the Fed to end its balance sheet reduction by the end of March 2025, compared to the previous prediction of December 2024, because there were few discussions among policymakers about the policy. The September FOMC meeting showed that the Fed believes that changes in policy interest rates and balance sheets are independent of each other.
