The trial of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm by a US judge has been postponed from September to December.

Golden Finance reported that US judge Thane Rehn postponed the trial of Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm, originally scheduled for September, to December 2nd during Friday’s hearing. Rehn stated that he expects the trial to last approximately two weeks. It is reported that the core issue of the case against Roman Storm by the US Department of Justice is whether he created the software or controlled the service. The judge did not make any decision on Friday, saying that he will “promptly” rule on various motions.
