Compared to the first quarter of 2024, the value of losses increased by 37%, but the number of incidents decreased by 18%. -Phishing is the most expensive attack vector in the second quarter of 2024, causing $433,688,871 in losses in 67 incidents, accounting for the vast majority of the total financial losses. -Involving Private Key, there have been 16 major incidents, resulting in a total loss of $170,064,635.

  • Ethereum suffered the most security incidents, with a total of 83 hacker attacks, scams, and vulnerabilities, causing a loss of $170,636,798.
