The judge ruled: The White House cannot bar AP reporters from entry.

On April 9, Judge Trevor McFadden of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled on the 8th that the White House should not shut out reporters from the Associated Press because of the Associated Press’s refusal to rename the Gulf of Mexico as “the Gulf of America” in accordance with President Donald Trump’s wishes. McFadden ruled that the White House must allow AP reporters access to the Oval Office, Air Force One, presidential planes, and White House events.
