BTC: The morning session quickly tested the bottom, then attempted to rebound and repair the lower half of the 69000-71400 range. Unfortunately, the resistance is too strong, and the bears made another push afterward, breaking below 69000. The good news is that as of writing, it hasn't deviated too much from the morning low, and a double bottom pattern is possible. The key to whether the double bottom holds is whether the price can stabilize within the 69000-69500 small box. If it stabilizes here, we can view the 698-708 one-thousand-point range using double bottom rebound logic. The above is the logic and approach for going long. For shorting, the general environment is bearish, so entry points can be more flexible—you can enter shorts at resistance levels, just manage your stops well (see chart for details).

ETH: The morning session touched the 2038-2075 long base camp and quickly rebounded. Constrained by the 2139 resistance, it failed to continue and subsequently fell back into the 2038-2075 range. So now we're at a multi-bear turning point. If this base camp zone breaks down, the next support we're looking at is 2000-2015. In the evening session, pay attention to whether there's multi-side resistance attempts based on the base camp, or if it will extend to the next support level. The lower railings of these two boxes at 2038 and 2000 have good risk/reward ratios and profit/loss comparisons; you can try to participate in these two low-long opportunities.
