Foresight News, Cube co-founder Bartosz Lipinski tweeted, “I support the SIMD-0228 improvement proposal because Solana needs market-based emissions, not arbitrary inflation. The current fixed schedule creates an imbalance: high inflation hurts the active use of SOL in DeFi while taking value away from non-stakers. A dynamic model that adjusts based on the staking rate can create a better balance, both to facilitate cybersecurity and to improve capital efficiency.”
