Just been looking into micro investing apps lately since I wanted to start small without dropping a ton of cash upfront. Honestly surprised how many solid options are out there now. Like, you can literally start with pocket change on some of these platforms.

Webull's been getting a lot of buzz - no commission fees, extended trading hours, and they've got paper trading if you want to practice first. Then there's Robinhood which basically made micro investing a thing with fractional shares, so you can buy pieces of expensive stocks instead of waiting to save up. Interactive Brokers is more established (been around since the 70s) but still solid for small investors, low minimums, access to tons of markets.

Stash is wild because you can literally start with a penny. Like, one cent. They've got themed ETFs too if you want to invest in specific stuff like AI or gaming. SoFi's another one that bundles investing with banking and loans all in one app, which is kinda convenient if you want everything in one place.

The whole micro investing apps space has definitely changed the game for people like me who don't have thousands to throw around. You can just set up automatic deposits and let it build over time. Main thing is checking what fees they charge, what you can actually invest in, and how much hand-holding they give you. Pretty wild how accessible this all is now compared to how it used to be.
