Releasing 172 million barrels of emergency oil isn't enough to stop the pump.

Despite the massive U.S. reserve release, oil prices still surged 4% today.
The reality is that the market is losing more oil every week than the reserves can replace.
Until the Strait of Hormuz reopens, we are looking at a "supply deficit" that the world has never seen before.
