You all say Xianyu is such a magical platform.

I discovered it today too. I asked an offline house designer who wanted to charge me 4000 in design fees. I had a sudden inspiration and looked up Chongqing interior designers on Xianyu.

Now I have a problem. One designer is charging 850, including construction drawings, renderings, site survey, and platform transaction. Another designer has rave reviews, charges 1750 in design fees, but requires an immediate 1000 deposit.

Which designer should I choose? Also, are these prices reliable? Why is there such a huge gap? And how do I screen for trustworthy sellers?
