what has these meds have to do with headache?

I went to a local pharmacy to get drugs
because I woke up with headache caused by lack of sleep
At first, without any test, he wanted to prescribe malaria drugs
I was like wait man, I said headaches and there's barely any mosquito in my apartment
He then went on and brought all of these meds that I don't recognise from a basket
All of it for ₦500
the only meds I recognise here is amoxicilline
He didn't even ask if I have ulcer or not
I understand the need to want to cut cost for yourself and he also eager to make a sale
but your health is far important than
for an headache, these goes too far
I'm headed to a standard pharmacy and I will update you on what I get and also ask if these are okay for headaches
small things like these lead to another complication
