Daily Market Analysis — BTC

In terms of the overall trend, BTC remains in a bearish phase with the basic downward trend unchanged. This is the second downward sideways movement on the daily chart, with a clear upper boundary.
Do not rush into positions before a confirmed breakout. Avoid chasing the rally. Instead, focus on quick entries and exits when the price dips to the local support of the life line strategy, the lower boundary of the box, or after a breakdown of the box lower boundary leading to a sharp decline at the divergence point, which presents a low-buying opportunity.
Higher-level K-lines are not sustainable upward trends. The closer the price gets to the upper boundary, the more cautious you should be of false breakouts and rapid declines.
All short-term operations revolve around the recovery structure within the sideways range. Since short-term upward movements are contained within the larger divergence structure, their sustainability and operational space are relatively limited.
Regarding the current short-term trend, some levels are supported, but the K-lines after reaching support do not show offensive patterns. Therefore, it’s best to adopt a multi-level exit strategy, with reference points as follows:
Short-term support: 68910–67933 (aggressive, avoid rapid declines, quick in and out at a 1:2 ratio, or monitor and split trades), box lower boundary support: 64210–63614, upper boundary resistance: 72540–73338, control line resistance: 75180–77012.
Note: Before a breakout occurs, the direction remains uncertain. Reduce trading frequency. The main trend should reserve for sharp declines after a rally. Prepare for a model where the price drops first and then rises at smaller levels. As volatility increases, choose the right moment to operate.
Remarks: Do not pre-allocate outside the current range (save for long-term use, operate sequentially).
Box lower boundary extension point: 59333–57810.
Sharp decline divergence point: 56066–53633 (long-term hold possible). #BTC
