Recently, my short positions have been too aggressive, mainly influenced by the long positions I took around 60,000 earlier. I kept thinking that it was okay to short casually, but I must reflect on this and completely change this mindset moving forward.

Overall, today was decent. I went long on Bitcoin at 68,400 in the morning, and also successfully shorted around 70,500. The timing was fairly accurate.

Recently, the market has been clearly moving in sync with the Nasdaq, and the charts are increasingly influenced by macro factors. In the morning, I need to monitor the Middle East situation; in the afternoon, watch the US stocks; and tomorrow, I also need to pay attention to oil and the Federal Reserve's moves. There are so many things to watch that even a slight oversight can lead to significant losses.

Currently, Bitcoin is around 71,000:

• Aggressive approach: Lightly open a small short position at the current price

• Conservative approach: Wait for a rebound to the 71,800–72,300 range and then gradually short in parts
