First of all, we all know that children born now will live in a world that is currently unimaginable.

I have an idea, though I’m not sure if it’s correct:
People born roughly between 2000 and 2010 might be at a disadvantage.
For example, someone born in 2005,
is 21 years old now,
but as they enter the workforce, they face a generational gap:
They spent 10 years during their most capable and resource-rich years learning and growing,
but when they enter the job market at 21, everything suddenly gets reset.
Compared to older generations, they lack experience;
compared to younger generations, they lack the immersion of AI-native upbringing.
I’d like to hear different perspectives on this.
