Ganneng Co., Ltd. announced that the company’s stock prices have deviated by a total of 23.68% over three consecutive trading days from February 24 to February 26, constituting abnormal trading fluctuations. The company has disclosed that there have been no significant changes in its operating conditions or internal and external business environments, and its internal production and operational activities are proceeding normally. However, with the deepening construction of the new power system, the continuous trial operation of Jiangxi’s electricity spot market, and the addition of new thermal power units in Jiangxi Province gradually coming into operation, the utilization hours of thermal power have decreased. The downward pressure on the price of thermal power energy continues to strengthen, and the profitability of thermal power enterprises faces challenges.
