Minmetals Land: Privatization Plan Approved by the Court
Rui Si Network News: On the morning of January 16, June Glory International Limited and Minmetals Land Limited jointly announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the plan documents regarding June Glory International Limited’s proposed privatization of Minmetals Land Limited through a scheme of arrangement under Section 99 of the Companies Ordinance and the cancellation of its listing status. If approved, Minmetals Land Limited’s shares are expected to be delisted from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on March 3, 2026. The scheme was approved by the court on February 25, 2026 (Wednesday) (Bermuda time) with no amendments.
