Bos Software: Multiple shareholders intend to reduce their holdings

Bosi Software Announcement: Liu Shaohua holds 4,989,600 shares; Xiao Yong holds 16,129,300 shares; Zheng Shengwei holds 11,372,300 shares; Ye Zhangming holds 7,490,200 shares. Each plans to reduce holdings within three months after the disclosure date through centralized bidding or block trades due to funding needs: Liu Shaohua, Zheng Shengwei, and Ye Zhangming each will not sell more than 1 million shares, accounting for 0.13%; Xiao Yong will not sell more than 1.6 million shares, accounting for 0.21%. The reduction period is from March 20, 2026, to June 19, 2026. Prices will be determined based on the market price at that time.
