Supor (002032) net profit in 2025 decreases by 6.58% year-on-year, mainly due to the impact of export business and overall returns on monetary funds caused by declining interest rates.
Supor (002032) announced on February 25, 2025, that the company achieved operating revenue of 22.772 billion yuan, a 1.54% increase compared to the same period last year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 2.097 billion yuan, a 6.58% decrease compared to the same period last year.
In the announcement, Supor stated that domestic sales, facing a complex domestic market environment and more rational consumer demand, have maintained stable growth through continuous innovation and strong channel competitive advantages. The market share of core product categories in online and offline markets remains leading. For export business, orders from major export clients decreased slightly compared to the same period, resulting in a slight decline in operating revenue.
Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company decreased by 6.58% compared to the same period, mainly due to the overall impact of export business and a decline in overall monetary fund returns caused by lower interest rates. Regarding gross profit margin, the company adopted active cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures, resulting in a slight increase in overall gross profit margin compared to the same period. In terms of expenses, due to intensified domestic market competition, the company invested marketing resources proportional to sales growth to support and achieve continuous growth in domestic sales, leading to a slight year-on-year increase in selling expenses. Meanwhile, the company strictly controls other expenses but continues to increase investment in R&D innovation, enriching product categories and launching more competitive products throughout the year.
According to Tongbi Finance, the company is a well-known domestic manufacturer and leading brand of kitchen cookware and small appliances, and the first listed company in China’s cookware industry. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Hangzhou, China, the company has seven R&D and manufacturing bases located in Zhejiang Yuhuan, Hangzhou, Shaoxing (Binhai New Area and Keqiao District), Wuhan, Hubei, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
