(MENAFN- UkrinForm) This was announced at a briefing by First Deputy Minister of Energy Artem Nekrasov, Ukrinform reports.
He noted that the aftermath of two massive attacks carried out by the Russians last week is still being dealt with.
“Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore equipment damaged by the enemy. Work is continuing at both power plants and high-voltage substations that supply power to nuclear power plants. Currently, nuclear power generation is still partially unloaded,” Nekrasov said.
As reported, on the night and morning of February 7, the Russians attacked energy facilities in eight regions of Ukraine.
