Sei Development Foundation at Sapien Capital collaborate to bring blockchain infrastructure to the Kingdom of Bhutan. The project aims to launch a Sei validator node in the country, operated by the DHI InnoTech division of the Bhutanese wealth fund.

This deployment represents a significant step toward the global expansion of the Sei network. With a validator node in the Kingdom of Bhutan, the project will strengthen the network infrastructure and provide local support for blockchain adoption in Southeast Asia. The first quarter of 2026 is targeted as the launch period for this initiative.
