Guoxin Securities Announcement: The profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025 is based on a total share capital of 10.242 billion shares as of September 30, 2025. For every 10 shares held, shareholders will receive a cash dividend of 1 yuan (tax included). A total of 1.024 billion yuan in cash dividends will be distributed, with the remaining undistributed profits carried over to the next period. The total amount of this cash dividend distribution accounts for 11.21% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in the consolidated financial statements for the first three quarters of 2025.
