Borui Data: Controlling shareholder and actual controller Li Kai and his concerted parties plan to transfer 2,228,000 shares through an agreement

Borui Data Announcement: The company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller, Li Kai, along with his concerted action partner Jiahe Xingli, have signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” with Rizhao Zhongyi Ren Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (representing the “Zhongyi Ren Value Growth No. 5 Private Securities Investment Fund”). They plan to transfer 2.228 million unrestricted circulating shares of the company through an agreement transfer, accounting for 5.02% of the company’s total share capital. Among them, Li Kai intends to transfer 1.02 million shares, representing 2.30% of the company’s total share capital; Jiahe Xingli intends to transfer 1.208 million shares, representing 2.72% of the company’s total share capital. The transferee commits not to reduce the shares obtained from this transaction within 12 months after the completion of the share transfer registration.
