#数字资产市场动态 I don't want to talk about fancy technical indicators. I'll just share my experiences over the years, trying to make it understandable. $RIVER
Eight years ago, I had only 1000U in my account, and I treated it as "tuition." Now, it's turned into a 8-figure sum. $BERA
**Phase One: Survive First (1000U→10,000U)**
At that time, I wasn't aiming for big profits; I just wanted to avoid getting wiped out during market fluctuations.
I set two strict rules for myself: $ZEC
Each trade could only lose a maximum of 2%, and once I gained 20%, I would take out a portion of the profits.
Does that sound a bit timid? But this "timidity" saved me several times. Later, during market crashes and surges, those accounts that stuck to discipline fared well.
**Phase Two: Find Your Rhythm (10,000U→100,000U)**
By then, I started recording the logic behind each trade, developing the habit of writing a "trading journal."
Once, a coin tripled in three days, but I didn't follow the hype. A friend in the group said I was "too timid." A week later, that coin dropped back to the original price. From then on, I realized— in this market, not losing money is the biggest win.
**Phase Three: Overcome the Psychological Barrier (100,000U→1,000,000U)**
The bigger the account, the more prone the mindset is to collapse.
I remember a hot market once, I almost lost control of my emotions. Luckily, a friend sent me a "?" at that moment. That question mark helped me calm down and withdraw in time. Later, that position dropped 30%.
Since then, I truly understood—consistent profits can never match the temptation of a sudden surge, but they help you survive longer.
A few honest words:
Don't believe in "get rich overnight" stories. Those shiny cases are always survivor bias.
How much you can earn has never exceeded how much you can understand.
Don't let the numbers in your account dictate your quality of life and mood.
There are no shortcuts on this path—only persistent discipline, continuous learning, and clear self-awareness. Every step is carved out step by step.
If you want to discuss how to steadily grow your account through discipline and mindset, we can talk. The pitfalls we've shared can help you avoid some detours.
