Looking at the recent performance of the STO coin, it's quite interesting. The current quote is at 0.10 USDT, up 24.5% in 24 hours, which looks very fierce. But if you watch closely, the problem arises—on the 1-hour candlestick chart, the MACD histogram has already turned downward, and trading volume suddenly shrank by 88%, which is a dangerous signal.
This kind of situation is common in the market: short-term sentiment pushes the price higher, then it stalls. Rapid gains are often followed by quick drops, so caution is needed.
My view is to wait and see, not to rush into action. Consider two signals before making a move: the first is a volume breakout above the previous high of 0.105; if there is genuine volume support, then there is a reason to go long. The second is the opposite—if the price falls below the support line at 0.092, then consider shorting. Also, keep an eye on the 4-hour RSI reading (currently at 61.4); if it continues to rise above 70 into overbought territory and then pulls back, that’s also a risk signal.
In short, opportunities and risks for short-term coins are both quite significant, and the key is to have disciplined execution. Set your entry conditions carefully, and more importantly, set your stop-loss and exit points to avoid being driven by emotions.
