Today’s market is not actually complicated. On the hourly level, a smaller consolidation box has formed inside a larger box, and this nested structure often provides clear signals for the upcoming directional movement.

For an upward move, it needs to first break through the small box, then have the opportunity to test the midline of the larger box. If it continues to advance, attention should be paid to the resistance at 3386 and the previous high. Conversely, if the support at the small box is broken, then look down to the support at 3217. If this level also cannot hold, a sharp decline may be imminent. Probabilistically, the next two days are expected to fluctuate within the range of 3220-3266.

Specific operational points: When a volume-supported breakout occurs above 3320 on the right side, consider entering long positions. Conversely, if it drops below 3282 with volume, consider short positions. The key here is to closely monitor changes in trading volume, as volume often reveals more genuine intentions than price alone. Don’t forget to set stop-loss orders.

In terms of timeframes: once the hourly chart stabilizes above 3320, the next target range is 3345 to 3386; if the 4-hour chart falls below 3275, look towards the 3229-3188 zone; the daily chart’s key is the closing position over the next two days. As long as it doesn’t close below 3250, the situation remains under control. Even if it breaks below 3250, as long as it doesn’t breach the bullish candlestick indicated by the white arrow, there’s no big problem. If that bullish candlestick is broken, then the move up must revert back to where it came from.
