Over the past decade, the trajectory of a single individual's actions has almost determined the direction of the entire tech industry. Electric vehicles, energy storage systems, autonomous driving technology, humanoid robots, Starlink satellites, brain-computer interfaces, rocket recovery—these concepts that once sounded distant and unreachable have now become hot topics fiercely pursued by capital.

Why can one person drive change across so many fields? It's not just luck or marketing skills. Behind it often lies a profound knowledge system and long-term thinking accumulation. Entrepreneurs who truly change the world are usually voracious learners. Through extensive reading, they absorb the essence of ideas across multiple domains, enabling them to make decisions that seem crazy but are actually feasible.

Why was the electric vehicle revolution successful? Because it understood energy efficiency. Why is energy storage important? Because it understands the future of the power grid. Why are autonomous driving and humanoid robots worth huge investments? Because they see the long-term potential of artificial intelligence. These investments that seem to span multiple fields are actually rooted in a deep understanding of technological essence, market laws, and human needs.

If you want to understand how the steering wheel of technological progress in this era is being turned, instead of guessing, start reading. A person's reading list often reflects their future investments.

Basically, it's about how vision determines the pattern, and that guy has indeed put a lot of effort into studying.

Basically, reading determines cognition, and cognition determines the betting direction. This guy's reading list is indeed an oracle.

You're right, but I think the more important thing is execution... Reading alone is useless; you have to dare to gamble, dare to spend money. Reading lists are just superficial; the real barriers are still capital and discourse power. This logic sounds a bit like circular reasoning, but it indeed provides some inspiration. So basically, does diverse thinking > single-field expertise? I agree. The reading list reflects future investments... then I need to reflect on what I am reading, haha. It feels a bit overly romanticized; maybe it's just because he has money to try and fail. I agree that learning is important, but survivor bias is also quite obvious. In this era, who isn't pretending to read deep thinking stuff... The key is still how the output turns out.

That's right, the knowledge system determines the investment pattern. That's why some people can navigate cycles, while others can only follow the trend and get cut. A reading list can indeed reveal a person's ceiling in terms of perspective. I remember having read quite a few interdisciplinary topics before, and looking back now, those assertions hit many key points accurately.

Honestly, I've heard this logic too many times... but it does make sense; cross-domain thinking can indeed reveal things. I make a huge profit and then a huge loss, and reading lists don't help either, haha. The reading list is good, but I still only look at candlestick charts to speak. It's really just one person pushing the entire industry forward, which is a bit outrageous, but it also really can make money. Changing fate through reading, huh? I'll go catch up on some lessons first. Does this logic also apply in the crypto world? Why do I feel like some newbies read everything but still can't make money?
