Major update on surveillance practices: ADL leadership revealed their team maintains round-the-clock monitoring operations targeting individuals flagged as "extremists," with comprehensive tracking spanning multiple domains. This includes deep dives into social media footprints, traditional financial account activities, and notably—cryptocurrency transaction histories.

The disclosure raises critical questions within the crypto community about transaction privacy, surveillance scope, and how digital asset movements factor into broader monitoring frameworks. For traders and DeFi participants, this underscores the intersection between on-chain activity visibility and off-chain institutional oversight.

The revelation sparks debate: as blockchain transactions remain pseudonymous yet traceable on public ledgers, institutional surveillance capabilities continue expanding across both traditional and decentralized finance channels.

lol they finally admitted what we already knew—institutional surveillance is just another governance attack vector waiting to be exploited. pseudonymity means nothing when chain analysis has better funding than most protocols' security audits. this is exactly why on-chain privacy matters, but sure, keep pretending your mixer is safe.

ngl now on-chain privacy is completely gone Exposed in broad daylight dyor but feels like it's useless ADL is really here to build big surveillance, isn't it?

I've known for a long time that there's no privacy on the chain, and now the official has come clean. Of course they will investigate, that's just how public blockchains are, don't hold onto illusions. While monitoring us, what are they themselves doing... Another big news story, but probably won't change anything. Being watched on the chain is very normal; I've long accepted that it's public.

Damn, on-chain privacy is completely dead... Everything on public chains can be exposed, and ADL is still watching, it's really unbelievable.

Damn, this has really been exposed. Everything on the chain can be tracked... Do I still dare to hold my coins? --- No privacy left, and there's still talk about decentralization... --- No wonder those large addresses have been washing coins recently. You must have known the inside scoop all along. --- Public blockchains being transparent is both an advantage and a nightmare. Now I understand. --- Laughing to death, thinking you're anonymous when you're actually under surveillance. It's so ironic. --- That's why coins like Monero and Zcash are true privacy coins. --- If off-chain transactions are monitored, then on-chain is even more impossible to hide. My bags might have already been flagged. --- So, KYC on exchanges is actually a piece of cake. They don't even need your ID; transaction records are enough.

ngl the whole "pseudonymous yet traceable" thing was never really a feature, it's been the bug all along... governance frameworks really glossed over that one

Damn, on-chain privacy is really gone... 24/7 monitoring, they don't even spare my wallet? --- There you go, DeFi can't escape the watchful eye either. Who still dares to say their transactions are anonymous... --- So what on-chain privacy? It's been completely transparent for a long time. --- Huh? They've even brought over the traditional financial system... Are they trying to fully institutionalize cryptocurrencies? --- No, why is ADL taking this so seriously? Other people's transactions are none of your business. --- On-chain tracking has been played out for a long time. Now that the authorities have come out and admitted it, why are people still surprised? --- Monitoring links traditional finance and DeFi? Wake up, everyone. Privacy was sold out ten years ago. --- Public ledger means you have no privacy. I really don't understand why some people still hold onto illusions... --- Time to consider using privacy coins, or else you'll be completely exposed.

It has proven that on-chain privacy is fundamentally a false proposition... Public blockchains are transparent ledgers, and institutions trying to track your asset migration path is like playing a game.

Alright, now there's really no privacy. Your on-chain address can be traced back to your real identity. I knew it would come to this a long time ago.
