#数字资产市场动态 Work freedom is secondary—having control over your time and flexibility in location sound appealing, but the true gains have never been about these superficial aspects.
What has impacted me the most is how trading has refined my character.
Everyone who survives in the market understands: it’s a contest between human nature and rules. Especially in futures trading, leverage amplifies every psychological fluctuation to the extreme. The same patterns repeat themselves, and in the end, you either break down or learn to stay calm.
Some call this state "numbness," but I disagree. For me, it’s genuine peace—no longer screaming at every rise and fall, no longer being hostage to emotions, able to accept unexpected changes and seize opportunities with certainty. This in itself is a form of cultivation.
As the market gradually becomes a familiar game, a solid confidence begins to grow. Don’t get me wrong—this confidence is not arrogance. On the contrary, every successful trader without exception holds a sense of reverence for the market. This confidence is more like a stable feeling developed through long-term refinement and continuous trial and error.
The greatest lesson in trading is: it helps you see through yourself. What are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, and what trading style truly suits your personality. Many people don’t make money not because they lack effort, but because they’re always trying to find that “sure-win formula,” copying others’ tactics wholeheartedly. Little do they realize, the most crucial lesson can be summed up in three words—make peace with yourself.
Munger’s words have always stayed with me: "Everyone is a prisoner of their own talent." In trading, releasing yourself and reshaping yourself go hand in hand.
