The only keyword in this round of competition is: speed.

Quickly execute ideas, and don't get stuck in perfectionism. Launch to the market quickly so users can verify the product's value. Scale rapidly to seize the market opportunity. Finally, win the competition quickly.

In the fast-paced Web3 race of iterative development, whoever can accomplish these four steps will hold the key to victory.

The speed is indeed incredible, but honestly, many projects rush to market and end up disappointing... Perfectionism isn't an excuse either.

Projects with fast speeds often have their on-chain data exposed the quickest. I've seen too many that run extremely fast and end up zero after just three months... But to be fair, this round is indeed a case of slow death, and only by moving quickly is there arbitrage opportunity.

Speed is everything, but the perfectionists are still polishing the details... They've already been eliminated.

Speed is king, but I've seen too many projects die quickly.

Rapid iteration is indeed important, but those that make it to the end are the projects that don't get carried away by speed.
