At 4 a.m., staring at the market, it's more awakening than black coffee—or rather, it drives you crazy.

I know a guy who tried with 1500U, and in two days his account skyrocketed to 40,000. At that moment, he truly believed he had figured out the market rules, that contracts were just a cash machine.

And then? Within a week, the 40,000 shrank back to three digits.

But since then, he couldn't quit. While cursing "contracts are a trap," whenever the market moves, he gets itchy and still opens leverage. Staring at the screen all day, that cold glow becomes the only light on his face.

Contracts are like this—so fast that they become addictive. A stock moving 10% in a day is already crazy; here, doubling overnight or halving is just daily routine. Once you've tasted the thrill of quick wealth, you can't look at stable profits the same way anymore.

The problem isn't greed, but that your psychological tolerance has been permanently raised. Riding roller coasters, how can you be satisfied with riding a bicycle? Used to the heartbeat acceleration in seconds, can you return to the dullness of everyday life?

The real difficulty isn't exiting, but letting go of that once-in-a-day tenfold, invincible self.

My advice: while you still can move, withdraw your principal first. Then go ahead and tinker with the rest—at least, you only lose the market’s temporary gift, not your blood. If you can't do this, then you're no longer a trader, just a chip in a gamble.

Are you really suited for a world where daily fluctuations are only 10%?

Monitoring the market at 4 a.m. can be stressful, but that guy's story is even more real... A week from $40,000 back to three digits, this is what contracts are all about. Once the psychological tolerance is raised, it can't be brought back. So true, you just can't stop.

1500U to 40,000 and back to three digits again, I know this cycle too well... Now I just stare at the screen every day until my eyes hurt, and I can't bear to turn off the screen kind of sickness.

Staying up at 4 a.m. watching the market—how strong must your mental resilience be? I can't handle it.

Really, once you've experienced the thrill of second-level heartbeat speed, there's no turning back.
