The rapid rise earlier was mainly driven by short covering, and once the momentum was released, the market fell into weakness. The recent downward trend has indeed been uncomfortable, and the market seems to have entered a sluggish period.
After BTC surged to 97,000, the follow-up capital was clearly insufficient. Interestingly, its movement is quite "awkward" compared to the US stock market——when US stocks rise, it doesn't perform much; when US stocks fall, it tends to be pulled up. This kind of trend logic is not very clear, so it's better to stay on the sidelines in the short term.
ETH has entered a sideways range, and although everyone has heard the good news, it seems to have limited power to push the market.
SOL is a bit different; on-chain activity has started to increase, which brings some imagination for a potential rally of the main token. Whether it can break through with this wave of activity still depends on further observation.
