Hello everyone, I am Yuri.

Since entering the crypto world in 2019, I have lived and accumulated experience in different places: I spent 6 years in Singapore, then returned to Shanghai, and now I am rooted in Hong Kong. Each city has given me different perspectives and shaped my understanding of this industry.

In my work, I have tried multiple roles. Early on, I worked in operations for a DeFi project with 100x returns. At that time, I was young and ambitious, and I missed many opportunities that belonged to me. Later, I was responsible for user operations and growth at an exchange, and I often participated in industry discussions and dialogues, talking with practitioners from various fields about cycles, cognition, and emotions.

To be honest, I wouldn’t consider myself a big shot, but I have indeed experienced multiple bull and bear cycles. And because of that, I have seen too many opportunities that could have led to financial freedom slip away just like that. I gradually realized a phenomenon: some people are carried away by emotions in a bull market, while others learn to settle and truly strategize in a bear market.

I want to share ideas here with all friends who believe in making money and long-term investing, and record some thoughts from real experiences. This industry is indeed very restless, but I firmly believe: find inner peace during bear markets, break through yourself during bull markets, and you will not only gain wealth but also grow.

A few long-term principles I adhere to:

**First, fast is slow, slow is fast.** The market favors those with patience. Anxiety is the most expensive cost in this market, bar none.

**Second, health always comes first.** Only with good health can you have the qualification for long-term wealth and freedom. This is not just motivational talk; it’s the fundamental foundation.

**Third, never stop learning and upgrading your cognition.** The market eliminates stubborn people and rewards those who keep evolving.

If you also believe in cycles, long-term, and the power of cognitive compounding, then we can exchange the latest ideas here and walk this path together.

The 100x project back then was truly a case of youth and ignorance of the world. Looking back now, it's all lessons learned the hard way.

Missing out on hundredfold projects and still have the nerve to talk about patience, this logic is a bit crazy haha

Honestly, I have deep experience missing opportunities... But what's the current policy environment like in Hong Kong? Can we talk about it?

My buddy is right, anxiety really is the biggest cost. I've been scammed by this thing several times before.

Fast is actually slow—this saying is so true. I am currently trying to break the habit of checking K-line charts every day; it really harms my health.
