Timing... It's easy to say but really damn hard to do --- It's the "seize the opportunity" story again. Why do I always just miss it by a step --- Sense of acuity? Bro, isn't this just like Zhuge Liang after the fact? Why do I always buy the dip halfway up the mountain? When I suffer a huge loss, no one says "timing is important," it's all my slow reaction. I'm experiencing FOMO again, next time for sure... no, next time I will definitely still do it.

ngl timing is literally everything... as i always tell my students, this parabolic entry point thing? fundamentally speaking, that's just pattern recognition at scale. most people sleep on it though

You're quite good at timing, but I always feel like these "seizing the moment" strategies are just armchair strategies after the fact. Where's the supposed sharpness? My chart still looks like a mess. That's probably why most people can't do well in trading; timing is always off.
