#Strategy加仓BTC On-chain Data Detective ZachXBT recently shared an observation on social media regarding projects like InfoFi, bluntly pointing out that there are indeed many risks involved.

Specifically, what issues do these projects have? First, there is a severe lack of transparency—key details such as core algorithms and token distribution are very vague, making it impossible for investors to see clearly. Second, some platforms are filled with AI-generated spam content, artificial volume manipulation, and hype tactics, which completely mislead people's judgment.

Looking deeper, the InfoFi sector also hides more hidden dangers. The incentive mechanisms are extremely unbalanced, the authenticity of information is questionable, and some projects' algorithms are entirely "black box" operations, with a high possibility of data falsification. ZachXBT's advice is quite straightforward: projects without sufficient information disclosure require investors to be more vigilant. Don't be fooled by superficial prosperity; conduct thorough due diligence before making decisions. To put it simply, new projects like $TRUMP, $WLFI, and $FF should be carefully examined for their underlying logic.

InfoFi is indeed a deep pit, with black-box algorithms and data falsification... sticking to honest BTC accumulation is more reliable.

There are many black-box projects, and anyone with a clear eye can see through them. Zach's comments this time are spot on.

The matter of InfoFi indeed requires caution; there are too many black-box operations.

Black box operations, data falsification? InfoFi is really a deep pit, I've long been dissatisfied with these projects. --- Another bunch of AI garbage, fake volume scams, it's really disgusting. --- Lack of algorithm transparency and still have the nerve to raise funds, laughable. --- $TRUMP $WLFI these things definitely need to be cautious about, who knows what kind of crazy logic is behind it. --- They haven't even done proper information disclosure and still want to cut the leeks. --- ZachXBT is right, this track is too deep, I’ll just stay away. --- Imbalanced incentive mechanisms + black box operations, definitely a Ponzi scheme. --- Superficial prosperity? Isn't it just a bubble blown up? --- Doing due diligence? Bro, how many people these days really dig deep? --- These kinds of projects will eventually collapse, better to just hold BTC honestly.

ZachXBT is right, InfoFi is just a gamble, with black box operations everywhere. If you don't DD, you'll just lose money.
