I have a question for everyone: why would a major AI model company directly refuse the opportunity to empower the voice assistant of the world's largest ecosystem? They turned down a potential with 235 million active devices. How does this situation resemble the story of "Don't fire me, I'll resign myself"? Or is there some inside information I haven't seen?

Reject such a big cake... unless there's a bigger plan behind it, otherwise you're really out of your mind.

There must be some tricks involved; they wouldn't cut themselves off without reason. There must be a big sponsor behind the scenes speaking up.

nah fr tho, this narrative arc feels off... like watching someone burn their own bridge before it's even crossed? 235m active devices ain't pocket change in the sentiment metrics we're tracking. smells like either (a) they're playing 5d chess we can't see yet, or (b) someone just made a very expensive "fuck around and find out" moment. the discord pulse on this would be *chef's kiss* chaotic rn

Refusal? Is this an IQ tax or part of a bigger chess game... 235 million devices, not tempted, so there must be some unspeakable twists and turns behind the scenes.

Speaking of which, this matter is indeed strange... 235 million active devices, no one would just give up without a fight.
