A fascinating phenomenon: not only can our mental models be reconstructed, but our brains can also be reshaped.
You can think of it as: language = the UI (user interface) of the brain.
Changing the UI can, to some extent, influence the core, so modifying the UI is essentially changing behavior and emotions.

Seeing this book here, I was reminded of last week's interview with Li Xiaolai and Tuobuhua, where they mentioned: self-talk / identity statement:
Using a "self-assertion script" to hijack the subconscious, aligning behavior automatically. This process is akin to changing "I am driven by reality" to "I am orchestrating reality."
What’s particularly interesting is that Li Xiaolai directly formalized it: I’m a person who… (我是一个……的人)

I used Li Xiaolai’s method to create 10 self-dialogue scripts (identity + reason + emotional tag) for reference. You can write your own based on your situation:
1️⃣ I never chase emotional orders because they are taxed by fluctuations. I hate being taxed.
2️⃣ I am someone who lives first and makes money later because living generates compound interest. I like compound interest.
3️⃣ I only trade what I understand because not understanding is gambling. I don’t want to be a gambler.
4️⃣ I look at the market at fixed times every day because attention is an asset. I hate being exploited by platforms.
5️⃣ Writing is my work system because after writing, I become stronger. I like the feeling of becoming stronger.
6️⃣ Every day, I do the most important thing first because it determines the quality of the day. I don’t want to be chaotic.
7️⃣ I never make decisions for face because face is very expensive. I hate losing money over face.
8️⃣ I don’t entangle with emotional people because that’s unproductive consumption. I don’t want to waste energy.
9️⃣ I allow myself to be in an average state today because the system relies on long-term stability, not on a single day. I relax.
🔟 I will do what needs to be done because I am in control. I like this sense of mastery.
Usage: When impulse strikes, recite one immediately, preferably aloud;
Li Xiaolai says: The more awkward you feel, the more effective it is.
