Flare has launched the first XRP spot trading solution on Hyperliquid. By issuing FXRP and supporting the FXRP/USDC trading pair, it enables direct spot trading of XRP within the order book on the Hyperliquid chain. This solution is built on Flare's FAssets protocol system and LayerZero's cross-chain interoperability standard. After completing trades on Hyperliquid, users can bridge FXRP back to the XRP Ledger network. Through this exploration, Flare maintains the decentralized custody feature of assets on the native ecosystem (XRPL) while achieving organic cross-chain liquidity linkage. This design opens new possibilities for expanding trading depth in the XRP ecosystem—without relying on centralized intermediaries, yet utilizing Hyperliquid's high-performance order book to complete trades, forming a new cross-chain spot trading channel.

XRP is showing new tricks again, but is this cross-chain solution really reliable? It feels like just talk on paper. --- This move by Flare is okay; at least it hasn't been eaten up by centralization. It's definitely more reassuring than CEX. --- HL's order book is indeed deep, but the bridging risk still makes me a bit nervous. --- It's LayerZero again. Can this protocol stop copying everything? --- XRPL is finally coming back to life. It was really cold before. --- I just want to know how the gas fees are charged—that's the real key.
