To be honest, most MEME coins in the market—nine out of ten—are just there to scam people. When prices go up, you can't keep up; when they fall, you can't escape—ultimately, the retail investors are the ones standing at the top.
But have you noticed, there are a small handful of MEME coins that are a bit different.
They don't rely on hype campaigns or influencers shouting buy signals. Behind them, there's a group of "veteran players who have been scammed, cursed at, experienced big drops, and still persist." Coins like $DOGE, $SHIB, $PEPE all share this trait—when the price crashes, the community takes the buy-in themselves; no matter how noisy the outside world gets, the community still works diligently.
The resilience of these coins is almost unbelievable. They can't be shaken by insults, can't be dispersed by drops, and can't be killed by scams. Because behind them, there's not a single whale or big player, but a group of people who refuse to give up—a community that truly works together.
This brings us back to the most core competitive advantage in the crypto world—Is technology important? Of course. But compared to technology, the cohesion of the community is the strongest moat. Whether a community can survive the bear market, whether it can persist amid doubts, determines the vitality of a project.
The MEME coins that make it to the end have long surpassed the definition of just a "meme." They become a belief, a circle, a shared commitment among a group of people. Such communities deserve respect, and only such coins have the potential to survive bull and bear markets.
Which MEME community do you think is the most hardcore? Why do you think it can survive during a crash? Share your thoughts in the comments.
