Satan was like, “I can’t just stand here and watch Jesus take all the glory. No way. I’ll just promote another guy instead.”

“I’ll take a man with a long list of scandals, multiple wives, violence, questionable marriages, even marrying his adopted son’s wife, child marriage, and I’ll package him as the greatest example for humanity. Anything, absolutely anything, as long as Jesus doesn’t get all the praise.
