Well... basically, it's just gambling on luck. If the timing is right, you make money; if the timing is wrong, you get liquidated. It sounds simple, but it's hard to actually do.

There's nothing wrong with that, but ultimately it depends on individual risk preferences. Jumping in impulsively can easily lead to catching a falling knife at a high point.
